While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users ! information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned according to the following policy.
No questions asked. No restocking fee. No hassle.
We will cheerfully offer you a refund or an exchange on any item purchased, subject to a few conditions listed below.

CONDITIONS:

  1. Any item to be returned must be shipped back to Rig Ragz prepaid, within 15 days of the original purchase, together with your original receipt.
  2. Any item returned must be in original condition, and unused.
  3. We can not refund shipping costs.
  4. All returns must be pre-authorized by the Rig Ragz. Please E-mail us with the details of your return. We will issue you a return authorization number. Put the number on the outside of the package you return to us.
  5. Any returns received within a 30 day period, must be an exchange or store credit only.
  6. All other returns will be sent back to the customer.
  7. We are sorry but when exchanging items, credit can only be used per invoice amount, not combined with multiple returns.

Shipping Policy

All shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and the location of your shipping address. Exact prices are not known until you reach the shipping section of your check out process. We reserves the right to make adjustments to any shipping rates quoted.

OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS:
We will ship anywhere in the world. We can not list all international shipping rates, so we will email you a shipping quote shortly after you place an order.
Due to recent problems with credit card fraud, we can no longer accept credit cards from certain countries. You will be informed by e-mail after placing your order whether or not we can accept your credit card. We will accept an electronic wire transfer of funds from all countries. Instructions will be provided with your order confirmation or upon request.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is placed you should receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. This email will contain your tracking number which can be looked up on www.canadapost.ca
